Personal Training

Personal training is one hour of one-on-one fitness training designed to build and increase fitness levels based on your personal goals.

1, 2 or 3 Sessions Per Week

$80 Per Session Single | $120 Per Session Couples
Includes access to FitCamp

Ages: 18 and older

Youth: $45 Per Session/Youth Ages: 12-17

Group Classes

Group classes are 45 minutes of circuit training and group interaction activities with groups of 2-4 individuals.

Youth Development Summer Camp

YouthFit Camp is 50 minutes of athletic development with a focus on acceleration, agility and muscle endurance. This camp is tailored for all skill levels.

FitCamp

FitCamp is 45 minutes of bootcamp-style circuit training to get your day started right. Lots of variety and multiple sessions available daily.

Monday 6:00 am and 6:30 pm |Tuesday & Thursday 5:00 a.m.
Wed. 5:00 am, 6:00 am and 6:30 pm| Friday 5:00 am and 6:00 am

Lil MaxFitters Summer

Lil MaxFitters focuses on early athletic development designed to foster a lifetime of physical fitness. This class is tailored for all skill levels.

Monday through Thursday | 9:00 am and 4:30 pm

FlexFitters

FlexFitters is 40 minutes of strength building, flexibility and mobility for everyday living. This class is tailored for all skill levels.
